Lancia Media Factory accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our online store. Orders are processed Monday-Friday except for holidays. All orders received after 3:00pm on Friday EST will be processed on the following Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

We add sales tax to orders shipped to a Connecticut address. Sales tax is not added to other orders.

When you place your online order you will be given the option of selecting a shipping method. We use UPS and the United States Postal Service.

We have gone to great lengths to make certain that your use of our website and store is both safe and secure. Our website and online store have undergone the most extensive validation possible for eCommerce. We safeguard all transactions using state-of-the-art encryption through Authorize.net and our own premium security certificate (SSL).

Our digital products are files of audio recordings and offered as non-tangible digital goods. For downladable digital products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will NOT issue refunds.

Our physical products are carefully packaged and visually inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. Damaged or defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of the order date.

Items damaged in shipment
You must save all packaging and notify us within one business day. We will initiate a claim with the shipper and ship a replacement item to you. You will be notified within 48 business hours with instructions on what to do with the damaged package.

Defective Items
You must contact us with your name, order number, and a description of the defect to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In an effort to serve you better, we may ask several questions as to the nature of the defect. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. Lancia Media Factory must receive the returned item within 15 days of issuing the RMA.

Lancia Media Factory reserves the right to inspect and test all items returned as defective. If it is determined that a product is not defective, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Shipping costs for defective items is the responsibility of the customer irrespective of their locale. We will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no cost if you are in the 48 contiguous United States. Due to the high cost of shipping products internationally, all customers outside of the 48 contiguous United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, FPO, and APO must incur all costs related to shipping a returned item to and from Lancia Media Factory. We will gladly include the replacement item with your next order to help reduce the cost of shipping.

The original packaging, record jacket with sleeve, and invoice and must be included in your return. Please include your RMA number on both the inside and outside of the package and send it to:

As long as your order has not been shipped, the order will be changed or cancelled per your request with no additional charge to you. If you were charged for the product, your credit card will be credited. You will receive an email confirmation upon our cancellation of the order. If the item has been shipped, you will have to refer to our return policy.

We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. If there is a problem with your order or we discover the item is backordered, you will receive an email stating more details.
